Happy Tails Doggy Daycare goes above and beyond to provide your dog with a safe, comfortable and calm overnight experience and to provide you with peace of mind while away.
From play to stay…
All overnight dogs must have completed the interview process and attend daycare at least twice before staying overnight. This reduces any potential anxiety for your dog as it allows them to experience a nap in the overnight space as well as the transition routine.
At the beginning of your dog’s overnight visit, we require that they be dropped off no later than 4pm to allow time to expend any energy and get comfortable with their dog friends.
Note: Overnight fees are in addition to daycare fees.
Home Away from Home…
Our overnight space is the biggest bedroom you have ever seen. It has every way a dog can sleep to allow your dog to replicate how they sleep at home. We have a couch, overstuffed chair, human beds, crates, exercise pens, suites, dog beds at the end of the handler bed and any way you could possibly think of for them to sleep. You are also encouraged to bring your dog’s favorite bed, blanket or snuggle toy with them.
The most important and unique aspect of our overnight program is that your dog is NEVER left alone. Our overnight handler is with the dogs at all times. Dogs do not want to be left alone, they are much more comfortable being someplace they know and with people they know. The overnight attendants are the same people that work with your dog during the day. So, we know who their friends are, what they are working on — but what is most important is that they know us. They feel safe and secure.

Rise and shine
In the morning our overnight dog guests go out, come back in and eat, get water, settle and then are back out to their compatible group on the play floor at 6:30am. If your dog will not be staying for daycare, you must pick them up between 6:30am and 7:30am.

Our large overnight space and tenured qualified staff allow us to accommodate many dogs. Therefore, we can usually accommodate last minute requests.
