Dog Handler

Responsibilities
Have FUN at work! In the Dog Handler position you will learn about dogs and how they think, cleaning, care, first aid, leash handling, body language / posturing / vocalization, group dynamics, and so much more!
This is a working/training program and you’ll be working here while you learn.
Both JOB and CAREER Opportunities are available – You can start Part-Time and quickly grow into a Full-time opportunity. ON THE JOB LEARNING PROVIDES THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS…dog handling skills AND a paycheck!
Requirements
- Must be over 18 yrs old.
- Shifts are 6:30am to noon and/or 1:45pm to 7pm daily. If you can’t do these hours, please do not apply
- Weekend and holiday shifts are required
- Commute under 30 minutes recommended
Overnight Attendant
Happy Tails Doggy Daycare Overnight Attendants spend the night to take of any anxiety or bathrooming needs. After a restful night, the dogs are ready to get up and go back to having fun at daycare!

Responsibilities
General care of overnight dogs and light cleaning of the overnight area. Tasks included but are not limited to: Feeding, administering medications, providing supply of water, providing beds and blankets, bathroom breaks for the dogs, pick up dog poop and urine, clean crates and floors and attending to any other needs that may arise. Great position for student or second job.
Requirements
- Prior experience caring for dogs, must be self motivated, able to work independently, interest in learning about dog behavior, illnesses and care, detail oriented, able to follow specific instructions and the ability to notice if a dog is in any type of distress.
- Must be over 18 yrs old.
- Once trained, 3 shifts are available. The full overnight shift is 6:00 pm to 7:30 am or the helping shifts are 6:30 pm to 11 pm or 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. If you can’t do these hours, please do not apply.
- Weekend and holiday shifts are required
- Commute under 30 minutes recommended

Responsibilities
Want to change your profession, learn new skills, be part of a team and family? Looking for a take charge personality that can work efficiently and independently at the front desk of our expanding company located in Franklin.
This is a Permanent Part Time position.
Duties include data entry (excel skills are preferred), filing, answering phones, taking reservations, processing payments, customer service support and working with our dogs. Pay is commensurate with experience. Very active work environment, you will not be bored.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 yrs old.
- Must be comfortable with and not allergic to dogs.
- Shifts available are:: 6:30am to noon (morning shift) and 1:45 to7pm (afternoon shift) If you can’t do these hours, please do not apply
- Weekend and holiday shifts are required
- Commute under 30 minutes recommended
- Excel and previous office experience preferred.

- Shifts are twice per week for a total of five to eight hours.
